On December 15th at 2:00 PM, Dominic Haygood will take the stage to perform a magical one time only holiday concert on the saxophone and violin to raise money for single mothers in the branson area this holiday season. He will be joined onstage by his sister, world class harpist, Catherine Haygood
“We have created a super modern yet classic feeling repertoire to capture the excitement and warmth you feel at the holiday season, “said Catherine. “We are looking forward to a very large attendance as 100% of the proceeds will be going toward specific needs for our single mothers, we play over 140 shows a year, but this one allows us to bless and love on a lot of people all at once and that makes it so much more special for us.”
Dominic and his wife Heather started their own charity after Heather spent 5 years as a single mother holding down 2 jobs and raising 4 children all on her own. “After Dominic and I married and things settled down a bit, I knew I wanted to devote my time to helping other single mothers get back on their feet. The struggle is very real and at times overwhelming. The goal is to take care of immediate needs. It could be as simple as paying an electric bill or putting new tires on a minivan. Sometimes just a little edge is all people need to get their head and heart above water,” said Heather.
